The Grateful Family Program gives you the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to those who made a meaningful impact in the life of your loved one. You will also be supporting the important work our team does each day.
You can say thank you to someone who played a special role in the care your loved one received.

The person you honour will be recognized as a ‘Champion of Care’ and will receive a lapel pin and certificate to recognize their commitment to exceptional care. Your message of appreciation will also be shared with your honouree (the gift amount is kept confidential).
