The award was presented in front of a sold-out crowd at the 31st annual Ottawa Philanthropy Awards (The Phils) on November 19, 2025, at the National Arts Centre, where leaders from across the region gathered to celebrate excellence in philanthropy.
The annual award honours fundraising professionals who demonstrate exceptional skill, uphold the highest ethical standards, and make significant contributions to both their organizations and the broader charitable community.
Delphine’s well-deserved recognition shines a light on her visionary leadership, deep compassion, and steadfast commitment to advancing Perley Health’s mission to enhance the quality of life for seniors and Veterans through care, innovation, and community support.
Under Delphine’s guidance, the Foundation has continued to expand its reach and impact, rallying donors, volunteers, and partners to inspire philanthropy and support transformative care, as well as Perley Health’s exceptional team of caregivers.
