Patrick Champagne

Patrick Champagne is a Managing Public Sector Strategy Consultant with IBM Canada. He joined IBM in January of 2023 after devoting six years to Mayor Jim Watson’s office in various roles, most notably as Press Secretary from 2020-2022. Patrick holds a Joint Honours B.A. in Communication and Political Science from the University of Ottawa.
