Camille Therriault-Power
After a federal public service career spanning over 30 years in operations and corporate management, Camille launched a Human Resources consulting practice.
Camille has served as the Vice-President/Chief Human Resources Officer for the Canada Border Services Agency and the Federal Justice Department. She has a proven track record in leading major organizational change, end-to-end human resources programs, policy framework development and major projects at the public service-wide and departmental levels.
Camille holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon) and a Certificate in Public Sector Leadership and Governance from the University of Ottawa, a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN) as well as a certificate in workplace investigations from the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators. She also completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Not for Profit Directors Program.
Camille has served on the boards of Salus Corporation, Rideau Rockcliffe Community Resource Center, the Royal Ottawa Golf Club, and has volunteered with Dress for Success Ottawa, and as a Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa.
Camille resides in Ottawa with her family and enjoys cycling and golf in her free time.
